Refund Policy

1. Overview

NumAstro subscriptions and credit packs are digital products delivered immediately after purchase. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel auto-renew anytime from Subscription or Billing. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the current billing period when you cancel at period end. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time or unused credits.

3. Credit packs

Top-up credit purchases are final once credits are added to your wallet, except where required by applicable law.

4. Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days via Contact or in-app Support with your invoice ID. We will investigate and correct confirmed errors.
